Can I use Trimbow 87+5+9 and Alvesco 160 together? Dosage: in the morning 2 x Trimbow, in the evening 1x Alvesco. Using Trimbow alone (2 x in the morning + 2 x in the evening) does not bring the expected results.

If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor or another doctor who has information about the medicines you are taking, you can use them at the same time as prescribed. There are no significant interactions between the drugs, but their combined use may increase the risk of hypokalaemia, i.e. reduced potassium levels in the blood. Therefore, if the medications have been prescribed by different doctors who do not have information about the other medications you use, it is worth consulting their combined use with a specialist again.
