Can I use an autoimmune disease if I have an autoimmune disease? Broncho-Vaxom?

hello, my blood value IGA is less than 0.05. my doctor thinks I have a congenital autoimmune disease of the upper mucous membranes.
she prescribed me Broncho waxom 7 mg capsules. I've taken 3 tablets in 3 days so far. Now I read that you should not take Broncho waxom with such a disease. What shall I do? Now it's Friday evening.... I can't reach any more doctors.... deduct??? Please answer. Thank you
