The effect of Lorafen usually starts about 30 minutes after use. The full sedative effect is visible after about 1-1.5 hours after taking the drug. You can read more in the opinion:
Over-the-counter herbal preparations with sedative effects are available in stationary and online pharmacies. They should not be used together with Lorafen because of the potential for increased side effects, such as drowsiness and difficulty concentrating.
