The summary of product characteristics for Soledum forte does not indicate a risk of interaction with xylometazoline. If you observe increased nasal cleansing after using Soledum, then the nasal spray should be applied a little later.
Clinical studies have shown Soledum to have an expectorant and antimicrobial effect on the treatment of acute sinusitis. Xylospray should not be used for more than 4-5 days (risk of damage to the nasal mucosa). In the case of sinus inflammation, it is worth using concentrated sea salt solutions with a cleansing and nasal decongestant effect, e.g.:
