Hello, I recently started taking combination birth control pills on the fourth day of my period. After 7 days, I had unprotected sex and took a morning-after pill. I continued with my regular birth control pills the next day. Now, I am two days behind on my period. Could you please advise if this could be due to the pills, and should I be concerned about pregnancy or any other issues?

Emergency contraception can cause cycle disorders such as delayed menstruation, mid-cycle bleeding or early periods. If menstruation does not occur within the next week, a consultation with a gynaecologist is recommended. As a rule, after 7 days from the start of using Novynette, it is already fully effective, so there was no need to take emergency contraception.
The pill after "Ellaone" can interfere with the hormonal contraception used daily, so you should use additional methods of protection during intercourse until the end of the blister. In the case of Escapelle, there is no such necessity.
