Producent leku niestety nie określił w ulotkach oraz kartach charakterystyki produktu leczniczego długości terapii lekiem, w związku z czym lek należy zażywać zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza, który przepisał lek, a w razie gdy nie określił on długości terapii lekiem, najlepiej się z nim skonsultować w celu uzyskania takiej informacji.

Debretin to preparat stosowany w leczeniu zaburzeń motoryki przewodu pokarmowego określanych jako zespół jelita drażliwego lub zaburzenia czynnościowe przewodu pokarmowego, tj. bóle brzucha, stany skurczowe jelit, zaparcia lub biegunki.
