A placebo is defined as a type of substance or other type of medical intervention used in clinical trials that does not have a significant effect on the patient's condition, but provides a baseline and helps to determine whether the effect of a new medicine is effective.

Trimbow is a drug containing 3 active substances - beclomethasone, formoterol, glycopyrronium bromide with documented therapeutic efficacy.
Trimbow is not a placebo.
