Remember that if you have trouble falling asleep, you should first take care of your sleep hygiene. Among the principles of sleep hygiene, the following can be distinguished, m.in.:

1) Sticking to regular times of getting up and going to bed and taking care of the right amount of sleep (about 7-8 hours).
