Should I go back to Ranolsin, which helped a little, or continue with Solitombo, although it worsens urinary urgency?

I have a problem with urination, the feeling of a bladder that is not completely empty, I enjoy pushing. One urologist told me to use ranolsin and tadalafil o.5 I took it for 3 months. Not really, but a little less so. I went to another urologist and he told me to take solitombo instead of ranolsin. For a week, the pressure increased even more. What should I do? Should I go back to ranolsin or continue to take solitombo?

I understand your concerns about the worsening of symptoms after changing the drug. Problems with urination, such as the feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder and increased urgency, can have various causes. If in your case the change to Solitombo, recommended by the other urologist, did not bring the expected results, the best solution is to consult the urologist who prescribed Ranolsin again and discuss further treatment with him. You may need to have additional tests to determine the cause of your urination problems. It is important not to stop treatment without consulting your doctor.
