I have to divide / crush / the valley otherwise I can't. How should I take it?

As stated in the leaflet: Swallow the tablets whole with an adequate amount of water. The tablets should not be crushed or chewed. If you have a problem with swallowing a tablet whole - ask your doctor, you may need to change the preparation to a different one.
