Yes, you can use Pronasal and Keppra at the same time. They do not interact with clinically relevant entities.
Pronasal contains mometasone furoate with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It has a local effect and its bioavailability is low. This medicine is absorbed into the systemic circulation to a small extent (<1%).
