The lack of a gallbladder in itself does not cause an increase in GGTP levels, while people after the removal of the gallbladder may experience, for example, problems with the outflow of bile from the liver, changes in fat metabolism or fatty liver - and all these things can actually affect GGTP levels.
1In your situation, I would advise you to consult your doctor, especially if you have been taking medications that can increase this level of the enzyme.
