Hello, my son ( 3 years old ) peed today and I was watching it. When he started urinating, something white came out first, then urine flowed out, the smell was quite intense like broth. My son did not complain of pain. Could it be something bad? Do I need to see a doctor?

This may indicate the presence of pus in the urine. A consultation with a paediatrician and a general urine test would be advisable.
