It is difficult to propose a specific method of treatment based on such a short description. Saxenda (liraglutide) injections are used to treat obesity, however, their use may be contraindicated for people with a history of pulmonary embolism and after gynecological surgeries.

It is important to consult a doctor before starting any therapy, who will carefully assess your health situation, taking into account all risk factors. I encourage you to make an appointment with your attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition.
