If you stop taking Femoston 2/10 for a week, you should resume treatment as soon as possible, starting with orange tablets (2 mg estradiol). Continue taking them for the first 14 days and then switch to the yellow tablets (2 mg estradiol and 10 mg dydrogesterone) for another 14 days.
