Whether Atywia Will Daily affect the effects of Lamitrin, Sertraline and Sorbifer Durules?

Good morning. How will Atywia Daily, which I will have to take because of endometriosis, affect the effects of medications that I also need to take daily: Lamitrin, Sertraline, Sorbifer Durules? On the Internet I found various information, sometimes contradictory, so I ask.

None of these drugs, i.e. Lamitrin (lamotrigine), Sertraline and Sorbifer Durules, weaken the effect and effectiveness of the Atywia Daily contraceptive pill.

However, Atywia Daily tablets may lower blood levels of lamotrigine, which may reduce its effectiveness in preventing seizures or treating affective disorders. Therefore, it is worth discussing with your doctor possible dose adjustments or alternative treatments to minimize the risk of interactions and ensure the effectiveness of the therapy.
