No, it is not dangerous. The preparation contains mannitol, glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, PEG/PPG copolymer, disodium EDTA, sodium N-hydroxymethylglycinate, Polysorbate 20, potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, purified water and natural fragrances - none of these ingredients is dangerous after entering the digestive tract, especially in such small amounts as are contained in one dose of the preparation.
