There is no drug with the trade name Hemotran on the Polish market. If you have given the name Hemotran correctly and it refers to a medicine containing tranexamic acid, please read on. Both drugs can be used concomitantly, there are no clinically significant interactions between them. Follow your doctor's instructions and consult a specialist if you have any doubts.
