Diarrhoea or vomiting up to 4-5 hours after taking the drug pose a threat to its effectiveness. If it was really diarrhoea (i.e. passing several times looser stools in a short time), take another dose of the drug and, if possible, use an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days. A single bowel movement is not treated as diarrhea.
