Yes. The use of B vitamins (and these are found in the Neurovit preparation) should not negatively affect the functioning of the heart or worsen bundle blockade. These vitamins do not directly affect the conduction of electrical impulses in the heart, so they should not cause harm to the body. If Neurovit was prescribed by a doctor who knew about His' bundle block - use the preparation as recommended by the specialist.
