Yesterday at 10 am I had blood drawn from my right hand, yesterday it didn't hurt, but today I forgot that I had blood drawn and I was carrying my right hand a lot and I was straining it and it started to hurt a lot, mainly in the place where the blood was taken and in the elbow, and there is no bruise, I read that you shouldn't strain this hand for 48 hours.

Hand pain can be caused by both a puncture and a general strain resulting from heavy physical activity and lifting. Pain after blood collection may occur in the case of incorrect insertion of the needle, but it is usually also accompanied by bruising of the sore area. In your case, rest and relief of the hand will work best; you can also use lubricants with cooling and analgesic properties, e.g. Dip rilif gel. If the problem does not disappear within a few days (or the pain intensifies), it is worth consulting a doctor.
