Hello, since the morning I have had one ear slightly clogged and I can hear a buzz in it, I also have a slight low-grade fever, I am not accompanied by any ear pain, but this noise-squeak in one ear is quite annoying. I used audiomax olive but it didn't help, how to remedy it ?

This is what I wish you :) If the symptoms persist - do not delay a doctor's visit. All the best.

Thank you very much for the advice. Last night the music was played louder for a short time and it would have been right, because after that my head hurt a little and in the morning there was just a noise. I hope that this will pass quickly, because it is burdensome, I will follow your advice.

Could you have caused such a state of affairs in any way in recent days (e.g. as a result of loud noises, swimming in the pool/sea, flying by plane, using cotton buds)?

If an olive oil-based spray did not help, you can use a preparation with active oxygen, available at an online pharmacy:

In addition, you can try to equalize the pressure in the ear, e.g. by yawning, chewing gum, swallowing saliva or sucking on candy. If tinnitus is accompanied by a mild low-grade fever, you can help yourself with paracetamol/ibuprofen.

On the other hand, if none of these tips help, the ear remains clogged for several days, or is accompanied by other symptoms such as pain, discharge from the ear, hearing loss, fever or dizziness, it will be necessary to visit a doctor and use antibiotic-based drops or rinse the ears with an ENT specialist.
