Hello, which drug is the strongest of the given (I mean the sleeping effect)? Esogno, Lerivon, Ketrel? What doses? I understand that the doctor is responsible for determining, although I would like to find out so approximately, thank you in advance, greetings Ps. I also understand that I should stop taking Swanson supplements, e.g. Melatonin and L-tryptophan?

Esogno (eszopiclone) is a typical hypnotic drug and its effect is the strongest. However, it is only a drug for short-term use in case of severe sleep disorders.
Lerivon and Ketrel are drugs that are used to treat other conditions, such as depression, and their hypnotic effect is a side effect. They can be used for a longer period of time.
As for the dosage, it's:
- Esogno: 1 mg to 3 mg per day is usually used, with smaller doses being recommended at first to gauge the patient's response to the drug.
- Lerivon: for a sleep-inducing effect, this medication is used in low doses, usually 7.5 mg to 15 mg a day at bedtime. Higher doses (more than 15 mg) can paradoxically reduce the hypnotic effect, acting more stimulantly.
- Ketrel: for a sleep-inducing effect, this medication is used in very low doses, typically 25 mg to 50 mg at bedtime. Higher doses (above 100 mg) are typically used to treat mental disorders.
I do not see the need to use these supplements during treatment.
I enclose the leaflets of these drugs:
