As a rule (and in accordance with the SmPC), the use of Cyclonamine in excessive menstrual bleeding should be in accordance with the schedule - 1 capsule 3 times a day (1500 mg). Treatment then lasts 10 days and begins 5 days before the expected start of menstruation. This drug is effective in reducing bleeding, so it will help you anyway, even with the use of the 1st day of menstruation, but in fact, the best results are achieved when the drug is used as early as 5 days before the planned period. From now on, until the end of menstruation, use a dose of 500 mg 3 times a day.
