Hello, what is your opinion on the sleeping pill Esogno 3 mg.? Is it comparable to any drug, e.g. zolpidem? Is it a strong drug? I received it yesterday at a psychiatrist's appointment with Rxulti and Ketrel. Please also let me know what you think about Rxulti? Best regards

Esogno is a drug that contains eszopiclone, a substance used to treat insomnia, which works by affecting GABA receptors in the brain, which causes sedation and makes it easier to fall asleep. Clinical studies indicate that eszopiclone is effective in treating various forms of insomnia, including problems falling asleep and staying asleep. Patients who took eszopiclone had improved sleep quality, reduced time to fall asleep and fewer awakenings during the night. This drug has a long half-life (about 6 hours), which means that it can help you not only fall asleep but also stay asleep throughout the night.
The duration of Esogno should be as short as possible for effective treatment and should not exceed four weeks, as long-term use can lead to dependence. It is also important to be aware of potential side effects (m.in taste disturbances, headaches, dizziness, or feeling tired during the day).
Rxulti (brexpiprazole) is an effective medication for the treatment of schizophrenia and refractory depression. This medicine is generally well tolerated and the risk of serious side effects is relatively low compared to older antipsychotics. However, as with other drugs of this type, long-term use requires constant supervision by a doctor.
