Data on the effect of herbal preparations on the effectiveness of hormonal contraception are limited, and the effect of herbs on the effect of contraceptives is still being studied. The MyBestNoStress dietary supplement contains a number of different herbal extracts, so it is difficult to guarantee 100% that it will not interact with Vibin Mini. If you need to use it, I would recommend keeping a longer time interval between taking it and taking the contraceptive pill (at least 3-4 hours). A safer solution would be to use a product with a less complex composition, e.g.:
