When you can start taking Recigar after an unsuccessful treatment with Tabex?
Hello, I was taking pills Tabex And I didn't smoke for two years, and then I went back to smoking. I bought Tabex, but it doesn't work anymore so after finishing the treatment I bought today Recigar... Please tell me when I could start the Recigar treatment, I don't take Tabex for two days

You should wait 2-3 months before starting the next treatment. This avoids the risk of addiction and ensures that the therapy is more effective.
The preparations mentioned in the question (Desmoxan, Taabex, Recigar) contain cytisine, which, like nicotine, is a substance that causes habituation. Too frequent resumption of treatment can lead to addiction to the drug itself. It may also turn out that the next treatment is ineffective or leads to unwanted side effects.
Is it possible to repeat the treatment after a month's break?

Zarówno Tabex, jak i Recigar zawierają identyczną substancję czynną w tej samej dawce - 1,5 mg cytyzyny. Nie jest to zatem inny lek, a jedynie inny producent, inne opakowanie i inna nazwa, natomiast w składzie jest ten sam środek wspomagający rzucanie palenia.
Zarówno w przypadku leku Tabex, jak i Recigar zalecenia są identyczne: "Jeżeli rezultat terapii jest niezadowalający, należy przerwać leczenie i po upływie 2 do 3 miesięcy rozpocząć leczenie ponownie."
Jeśli zatem lek Tabex okazał się nieskuteczny, może Pan najwcześniej po 2 miesiącach spróbować leczenia produktem Recigar. Może Pan oczywiście w międzyczasie spróbować rzucić lub przynajmniej ograniczyć palenie bez pomocy farmakoterapii. Może Pan także udać się do lekarza, który oceni, czy można w Pana przypadku zastosować jakiś inny lek, o innym niż cytyzyna sposobie działania.
