Belosalic ointment is a prescription drug, its mail order sale abroad is not possible. This drug can be booked via the Gdziepolek.pl portal in a Polish pharmacy and picked up in person with a doctor's prescription, here you can check its availability in Polish pharmacies:

According to the Belosalic documents, it can be used in adults and children over 12 years of age. It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, unless otherwise recommended by a doctor.
