Can I buy Vessel Due F with a prescription?

Hello, I have a prescription from my US doctor for Vessel F (Sulodexide). Can I purchase it in Poland? Will the US doctor's prescription be sufficient? Do you know if it is available over the counter?

Vessel Due F, containing the active substance sulodexide, is an anticoagulant drug that is available in Poland only on prescription. A prescription from an American doctor will be sufficient to buy this drug in Polish pharmacies.

It is not possible to buy Vessel Due F without a prescription in UK. This medicine is used for symptomatic treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and as adjuvant therapy for people with venous ulcers.
