Hello, I was in the 3rd week of taking vibin mini contraceptive pills. I was prescribed the antibiotic duomox. Is the intercourse I had the day before taking the antibiotic protected?
I would like to add that the intercourse was interrupted, and each subsequent intercourse after taking the antibiotic is additionally protected

Theoretically, hormonal contraception can cause this type of pain. Perhaps the very need to use an antibiotic (I assume the existence of an infection requiring antibiotic therapy) causes a general deterioration of well-being. If you continue to observe similar ailments in the next cycle, I encourage you to seek advice from a gynecologist.
And is it normal that I feel nipple tenderness and pain in the lower abdomen for the first time a week before menstruation? I have never had these symptoms before since I have been using hormonal contraception (this is the first time and I have been using these pills for a year and a half)

In order to avoid stress, it seems better to use an additional form of contraception during antibiotic therapy and 7 days after its completion. It is worth remembering that interrupted intercourse is not an effective form of protection against conception, while properly taken pills should provide sufficient protection in such a situation.
