Fusacid contains only an antibiotic - fusidic acid, Fusacid H contains, in addition to fusidic acid, also hydrocortisone acetate. This means that Fusacid H will be stronger, its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects will be enhanced by the presence of a glucocorticoid in the composition.
