As stated in the leaflet: usually the contents of one sachet are taken in the evening before the examination/procedure, and the contents of the second sachet in the morning on the day of the examination/procedure. You can also take both sachets in the morning on the day of the test/procedure. This regimen is only suitable if the examination/procedure is scheduled for the afternoon or evening. However, I would recommend the first option.
An interval of at least 5 hours should be maintained between the first and second sachets.
