Non-alcoholic beer does not contain alcohol that could put an additional strain on the liver, so drinking it in reasonable amounts should not be a problem. Alcohol, even in small amounts, may increase the risk of liver damage when taking isotretinoin, so please avoid normal beer and other high-proof beverages during treatment. Take the medicine with water only.
