Leflunomide is a prescription medicine, so it should not be discontinued without talking to a doctor. I recommend that you immediately consult a specialist and present your ailments to him. Based on the observed symptoms, your general health condition, the course of the disease and other medications used, the doctor will recommend appropriate treatment in this situation. He will also assess whether the observed ailments are really due to the use of the drug in question, or whether their cause is different. You did not mention what specific side effects you are talking about.
