Is it normal to have pain when urinating after taking EllaOne twice in one menstrual cycle?

I took the medicine ellaon 2 times in one menstrual cycle after taking the first time, the next day the pain began when urinating and lasted 2-3 days, after taking it 2 times, the pain recurred and 10 days have passed since taking the medication and the pain is still there, is it normal and could it be because of the medication?

Pain when urinating after taking EllaOne is not a typical side effect. EllaOne, which contains ulipristal acetate, can cause various side effects, such as abdominal pain, nausea, and mood swings.

It is possible that the pain is caused by other factors, such as a urinary tract infection, which can occur regardless of taking the medicine. In the case of persistent pain, especially if it is intense or accompanied by other symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor. The specialist will be able to accurately assess the situation and recommend appropriate treatment.
