I have insulin resistance. From 5 months. I take Siofor 1000, Nebilet 2.5 and Micardis 1x40mg. Today I took TriSulin. I follow a diet. But after 2 hours I felt bad. Weakness, high blood pressure, trembling hands and neck cramps. Is it possible that my diet contains all the nutrients and unnecessary supplementation? Please give me an opinion.

The symptoms of weakness, high blood pressure, trembling hands, and neck cramps that you describe after taking TriSulin may indicate the body's response to changes in insulin or blood glucose levels and are related to the interaction between Siofor and TriSulin.
Siofor (metformin) is an antidiabetic drug that increases the sensitivity of tissues to insulin and decreases glucose absorption in the intestines. TriSulin is a dietary supplement that lowers blood glucose levels. The concomitant use of these preparations may lead to excessive glucose levels, which may cause symptoms of hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar levels).
A diet in insulin resistance should be balanced, but it may not provide all the necessary nutrients. Supplementation may be indicated, but it is not always necessary.
In this situation, I encourage you to consult a doctor or dietician in order to adjust your diet and verify the medications used. Monitoring your blood glucose levels can help you better understand how your body responds.
