Whether Trimbow causes thinner skin and a tendency to bruises and hematomas?

Does the cortisone in Trimbow have an effect on/in the body? Such as thinner skin and bruises when bumping, (bloodshot)

Trimbow contains 3 active substances - beclomethasone dipropionate (corticosteroid), formoterol fumarate dihydrate and glycopyrronium (long-term bronchodilators). The drug may cause side effects such as blood leakage from a blood vessel to other tissues, a decrease in the number of platelets. This may affect the observed tendency to bruising and hematomas. No effect on the appearance of thinner skin has been reported. A full description of the side effects of the preparation along with their frequency can be found in the package leaflet.
