The next pack of Diane tablets should be started after a 7-day break, even if the withdrawal bleeding has not yet stopped. If you have not started a new blister pack according to the procedure described in the leaflet, the contraceptive effectiveness of the medicine may not be maintained.

Information contained in the summary of product characteristics:

"The tablets should be taken in the order indicated on the package, every day, at about the same time, with a small amount of liquid if necessary. For 21 consecutive days, take 1 tablet a day. Each subsequent pack should be started after a 7-day break during which you do not take the tablets and when withdrawal bleeding usually occurs. This bleeding usually starts 2-3 days after taking the last tablet and can continue after the next pack is started. "
