No. Monural is an antibiotic used to treat uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections, such as cystitis. It is effective against many bacteria (e.g., Escherichia coli) that cause urinary tract infections, but it is not recommended or effective in treating infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. In order to choose the appropriate treatment and eradication of Chlamydia trachomatis, I would recommend contacting a specialist.
