The question is about an elderly person with circulatory problems in the legs and hemorrhoids, is it possible to use Diosmine 1000mg and Cyclonamine 500mg at the same time with hemorrhoid bleeding. Cyclonamine is taken practically all the time according to medical recommendations (1-2 per day). Should I hold off on Diosmin and increase the dose of Cyclonamine to 3?

There are no contraindications to the combined use of both drugs, as long as there is a break of at least 1-2 hours between their use. Use Cyclonamine exactly as your doctor has told you and do not increase the dose yourself.
