I used Mysimba for a month. I lost 7 kg. After a week of use, side effects such as a decrease in libido and narrowing of the urethra. Despite this, I used up the entire package. Unfortunately, the urethral stenosis made it difficult to urinate significantly and I had to stop taking the drug.
