Good evening. I went to the dermatologist today, I have banded alopecia. I would like to add that I am being treated with the biological drug Hyrimoz. The dermatologist was very unpleasant, she ordered me to apply alternately at night, once Minovivax5%, once AlpicortE. I took the information card for the rheumatologist, and here it was Minovivax once a day until the end of the package, and AlpicortE 25 days in the morning. Massacre. I read that you can't combine these drugs. I'm devastated. Today I applied AlpicortE for the first time.

Alopecia areata is a condition that can be difficult to treat, and treatment recommendations may vary from doctor to doctor. In your case, the dermatologist recommended using Minovivax 5% and AlpicortE alternately.
Minovivax is a drug used to treat alopecia, and Alpicort E is a corticosteroid preparation. Minovivax and Alpicort E can be used together, but with caution as they can increase the risk of skin irritation.
If you are unsure about the recommendations, it is worth consulting your dermatologist or rheumatologist again to clarify your treatment regimen and make sure that it is safe and effective for you. In case of severe symptoms, such as irritation or deterioration of the skin, it is recommended to discontinue use and contact a doctor urgently.
