After 5 hours after taking Axia Conti got diarrhoea - should I take a new pill?

I take the Axia Conti contraceptive pill, today I took the pill at 5:30 p.m. and around 11:00 p.m. there was severe diarrhea. 5-5.5 hours have passed since I took the pill, should I take another pill in this situation? What if I don't take it? This is my 23rd blister tablet. Please help me quickly.

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Axia Conti, in case of severe gastrointestinal disorders (e.g. vomiting and diarrhoea), absorption of the medicinal product may not be complete and additional contraceptive methods should be used. If you vomit within 3-4 hours after taking the tablet containing the active substance, use a new (additional) tablet as soon as possible. In your case, if diarrhoea occurred 5 hours after taking the pill, it would be good to use an additional method of contraception (e.g. a condom) for the next 7 days. However, there is no need to take another dose of the drug.
