I do not see any contraindications to drinking Yerba Mate while taking Ismigen and Sinupret. There are no data available to suggest a possible interaction between the substances contained in Yerba Mate (m.in. caffeine, theobromine, polyphenols) and the indicated drugs.

However, this does not mean that the possibility of interactions can be 100% ruled out, as drug interactions with herbs are often not well studied. Therefore, you should observe the body's reaction and if you observe alarming symptoms, discontinue the herb (Yerba mate) and see a doctor.
