In the Wegovy pen you cannot adjust the dose yourself. The Wegovy pen is a disposable injection device. Each pen contains one dose. The drug is available in different pens that contain fixed semaglutide dosages: 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, and 2.4 mg.
