Where can I donate medicines after my deceased mother?

My mother died, I was left with Metformax, siofor, euthyrox. Pampers, diapers, pants, walker - I gave an ad that I will sell. And the medicines were free of charge for the senior, from what I read it to the pharmacy and for disposal. It's a pity because they have a deadline - 25 and 26. Can I don't know if I can transfer them to the Polish Red Cross, or to some nursing home.

Unused medicines or medical devices can be donated free of charge to the Caritas Charity Aid Point.

In Poland, the current provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law prevent the transfer of medicines to other entities, such as hospices, nursing homes, hospitals, etc., even if they have not exceeded the expiry date or are pre-packed.
