Can you get QUVIVIQ in Poland, or do you have to apply for targeted import?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me the drug QUVIVIQ on an e-prescription. Is there any way to get it? Do I need to apply for targeted imports? Unfortunately, for hormonal problems and bone marrow cancer, this is the only drug that will not affect both diseases and treatment. Thank you in advance for your reply.

QUVIVIQ (daridorexant), is a medication used to treat insomnia in adults. Although it has registered sales in Poland, it is currently not available in pharmacies. This drug will most likely be available in 2025 at the earliest.

The availability of QUVIVIQ in pharmacies in Polish can be checked at the following address:

In this situation, you can submit an application for targeted import. This usually requires cooperation with a doctor, who should help in the process and confirm the need to use this particular drug in your case.
