Nausea is a relatively common side effect of bupropion (contained in Oribion). Nausea can occur especially at the beginning of treatment, before the body gets used to the drug. Over time, this symptom may decrease. Bupropion can also cause a decrease in appetite, which can lead to weight loss in some cases. For some patients who have an overweight problem, this can be a positive side effect, but for others, especially if the loss of appetite is significant, it can be problematic. Side effects should decrease over time, but if this does not happen, and on the contrary - they become more bothersome, please contact your attending physician.
