Can I take Mirtagen with Seroxat?

Good morning. I have been taking Seroxat for 8 days. Symptoms of depression and anxiety have increased, but she realizes that these are side effects at the beginning of therapy. I'm having trouble sleeping and my question is as follows. Can I take one tablet of Mirtagen before bed? Will Seroxat and Mirtagen not interact? I will add that I take Seroxat in the morning.
Thank you in advance for your reply. Best regards.

The combination of paroxetine (the active ingredient in Seroxat) and mirtazapine (the active ingredient in Mirtagen) increases the risk of a rare but serious side effect, serotonin syndrome. It may be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhoea, (uncontrollable) muscle cramps, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood changes, loss of consciousness.

If the medications have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult whether they are to be used at the same time. You may need to change your dosage recommendations.

If the same doctor has prescribed medications, it is important that you follow the dosing regimen. If you notice any side effects, contact your doctor immediately.
