Disrupting this balance has the potential to weaken the body's natural defenses, though this effect is more typical of traditional antimicrobial antibiotics. In addition, some antifungal medications can cause side effects such as fatigue, weakness, which can indirectly affect overall health and feelings of immunity.
As for supplementation - vitamin D (e.g. Ibuvit), zinc and selenium, probiotics, as well as preparations that directly support immunity, e.g. Biostymine, echinacea extract, colostrum - these are products that are worth strengthening immunity.
